GET A SCHOLARSHIP

The responsible person will maintain ongoing direct contact with the student, family, coaches, colleges, and the NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA Eligibility Center. Each student is unique, with their specific sports, academic and financial needs. During the years in the USA, the chosen university becomes the home of the student and the sports team in his family, so great care must be taken during the process to choose the university that best suits the profile of each player. Therefore, we have a maximum number of athletes that we can serve each year. From this number, we do not accept more athletes, as this would affect the quality of our service.

Process

It is important to start the process at least 18 months before you come to the USA. Although we understand that it is not always possible.

-Informative meeting

The first step is to have an information meeting with the parents and the student. Knowing the family environment helps throughout the process and allows all doubts to be resolved. It also allows contact with other families who have gone through the same process.

-English exams preparation

You must prepare the TOEFL and SAT English exams. We have different academies where you can prepare for these. We take care of registering for the exam and informing the American universities of the results.

-Collect player’s documentation

The next step is to collect all the necessary academic and sports documentation of the player, which must include a high-quality video of highlights. We offer you the possibility of creating the video through oneof our audiovisual technicians with whom we work.

-Contact with American universities

With all the documentation and the video, we create a technical file, the PROFILE that we send to the different universities that best suit your objectives, through a distribution platform. We keep both parties fully informed.

– Admission process with the university

Once you have chosen the university, we help you throughout the admission process, housing, medical insurance contract, “majors” election and all necessary procedures. In all universities there is an international coordinator for the admission of foreign athletes.

– Visa processing

Once the admission process is complete, the university will send the I20, a document to process the visa, to the American embassy in Madrid. This visa is valid for 5 years. We will do it together to make the final step easier for you. You must go to Madrid to have an interview.

– Prepare the trip

We take care of the plane ticket for your trip. Our travel agency will look for the best combination and price. Finally, we will provide you with a list of the to go to the USA, when you pack your suitcase.
